How We Build Belonging

• A Caring Team – Our staff works together to ensure every child is known by name and need. From warm morning greetings to friendly office smiles, students are supported the moment they arrive.

• Celebrating Positive Choices – Camp Falcon rewards students who meet school expectations with fun, student-chosen activities. On Mondays, our Fantastic Falcon lunches give selected students a special meal with the principal, recognizing their positive contributions to our school.

• Good Learner Characteristics – Each month, we focus on qualities like being fearless, taking action, and collaborating. Students demonstrating these traits earn blue tickets for our prize box, reinforcing that positive choices make a difference.

• Traditions That Connect Us – From spirit days and Falcon Flight to Title I nights and family events, our shared experiences help students and families feel part of something bigger.
